Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SBA Loan Processor/Closer, this full-time remote position will manage the loan application process, serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, and ensure timely closings while leveraging extensive SBA knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process loans through all stages, acting as the main liaison between stakeholders and managing the loan application pipeline
- Review loan files for SBA eligibility and ensure compliance with SBA and bank standards
- Build strong relationships with borrowers and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries with a service-first mindset
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of dedicated SBA experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field highly desired
- Excellent knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and the ability to interpret financial reports
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency in loan processing
