Job Summary
To support a dynamic IT infrastructure, the hybrid SCCM L3 Engineer will manage and support Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, focusing on Operating System Deployment (OSD), application packaging, software deployment, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SCCM hierarchy, site servers, and distribution points, including performing upgrades and disaster recovery activities
- Create and manage SCCM Task Sequences for Operating System Deployment, while troubleshooting imaging and OSD failures
- Package and deploy applications, manage content distribution, and develop SCCM SSRS reports for compliance and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SCCM administration
- Strong expertise in Operating System Deployment (OSD) and application packaging
- Experience with Intune co-management and endpoint modernization initiatives
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SSRS reporting
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments
