Schedule Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting clients in schedule review and risk analysis, the full-time remote Schedule Management Specialist will manage milestone tracking, reporting, and critical path evaluations without directing contractor sequencing or methods.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate EPC Contractor schedules and support client schedule reporting
• Identify critical path changes and conduct periodic schedule risk analyses, reporting potential delays and resource constraints
• Maintain an Owner milestone tracker and notify project leadership of approaching milestone dates at risk of being missed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience developing, reviewing, or analyzing complex construction schedules
• Strong understanding of critical path, float, schedule risk, and milestone tracking
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
• Strong analytical skills
