Scheduler
Job Summary
To support HME Operations, the full-time Scheduler will efficiently manage the scheduling of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services, deliveries, and pickups while collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and adherence to customer orders.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule DME services, deliveries, and pickups in alignment with customer orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and HME Support staff to ensure accurate scheduling based on order requirements
- Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to confirm appointments and address customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of DME services and healthcare industry practices is a plus
- Experience with Brightree is preferred
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in task completion
