Job Summary

To support patient services, the part-time hourly Scheduler I will coordinate scheduling and referrals, confirm appointments, and maintain provider contact information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers, obtaining necessary approvals for changes or cancellations
• Assists in maintaining and updating provider contact information in the electronic medical system
• Ensures accurate entry of medical appointments and patient information, following site-specific protocols for compliance

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• No prior experience required
• Must reside within 30 minutes of an SSM Health facility in IL, MO, OK, or WI
