Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time PRN Scheduler I will manage appointment confirmations and data collection from patients and providers while working remotely in the St. Louis, MO area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services, obtaining necessary approvals for changes or cancellations
• Assists in maintaining and updating provider contact information and ensures accurate entry of patient data into the electronic medical system
• Follows site-specific protocols to maintain compliance and performs additional duties as assigned

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• No prior experience required
• Must reside in the St. Louis, MO area or eligible states (MO, IL, OK, WI)
• Availability for training Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm for the first 90 days of employment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare settings preferred
