Scheduler Planner - Data Center

Job Summary

Fluent in Portuguese, the full-time Scheduler Planner - Data Center will lead integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects, utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project while working remotely across the USA and LATAM.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead planning and scheduling support for data center construction projects
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestone tracking, and schedule reporting outputs
• Communicate schedule risks, trends, and recovery options to project teams and senior stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in Portuguese
• 7+ years of experience in planning and scheduling with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience in managing medium-to-large capital programs, particularly in data center construction
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling and schedule risk identification
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and communicate mitigation strategies effectively
