Scheduler with State Licensing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
• Obtain and verify patient information and ensure documentation completeness for scheduling
• Respond to patient and staff needs, including handling complaints and notifying personnel of scheduling changes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulated areas
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial
