Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
• Obtain and verify patient information and ensure completeness of written orders from referring physicians
• Respond to patient and staff needs, notifying appropriate personnel of any scheduling changes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State and federal criminal background checks as required for the work location
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Experience in scheduling and registration processes preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
