Scheduling Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of scheduling analysts, the full-time Scheduling Analysis Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and enhance workflow processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Scheduling Analyst team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and outsourcing partners to ensure alignment on operational goals
• Leverage analytical tools to evaluate scheduling performance and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in scheduling or operations management, preferably in a VMS environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performance team
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with third-party partners effectively
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare staffing or with a locum tenens vendor
