Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator responsible for coordinating and scheduling patients for services at various ophthalmology and optometry practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients with the appropriate provider in a high-volume call center environment
  • Collect relevant patient demographic information and educate patients on the referral process
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in Healthcare or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer orientation and servicing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer savvy with a flexible schedule
