Job Summary
To support families receiving PCA services, the full-time Scheduling Specialist will assist with scheduling home visits, maintain professionalism in client communications, and perform assigned administrative duties in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling home visits for families receiving PCA services
- Maintain professionalism while corresponding with clients and families
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the program
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
- Experience with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
