Science and Research Manager

Job Summary

To support rapid scaling, the full-time remote Science and Research Manager will manage claims research and substantiation, ensure marketing compliance, and lead innovation research and R&D efforts to drive product development and credibility in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing and emerging ingredients to develop new, evidence-based claims across the product portfolio
• Review marketing materials for compliance and to enhance claims, ensuring all content is compelling and regulatory compliant
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to research ingredient benefits and support early-stage product ideation and clinical study initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in science, regulatory affairs, or product development, preferably within the dietary supplement or food industry
• Master's degree or higher in a health-related scientific field; PhD preferred
• Strong understanding of scientific research methods and clinical study design
• Familiarity with FDA and FTC regulations regarding dietary supplements
• Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
