Science Curriculum Manager

Job Summary

Managing a content development team, the full-time salaried Group Curriculum Manager, Science will oversee the creation and review of K-8 curriculum materials, ensuring high-quality educational content delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Curriculum Content Specialists and Copy Editors, providing leadership and resource coordination for effective content production
• Coordinate multi-curriculum content development across internal and external teams, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of instructional materials
• Establish and maintain content development processes and quality benchmarks to meet organizational standards and educational effectiveness requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive science curriculum content development experience, including 3-5 years in management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in managing science content development teams and conducting performance evaluations
• Expertise in coordinating multi-curriculum projects and managing competing priorities
• Hands-on understanding of curriculum development processes and quality assurance procedures
