Job Summary
Accountable for the analytical method lifecycle within the Cell Therapy Analytical Sciences and Technology organization, the full-time Scientific Associate Director, Cell Therapy will manage method validation, transfer, monitoring, and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for method performance troubleshooting and evaluation of analytical test methods
- Lead analytical method validation and lifecycle management across Cell Therapy products
- Influence analytical strategy and develop innovative solutions to complex analytical challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or biologics manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience leading global analytical programs and providing scientific leadership
- Extensive expertise in analytical method validation and regulatory compliance in a GMP environment
- Strong ability to mentor and develop talent while fostering a culture of excellence
