Scientific Communication Lead

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Scientific Communication Lead will create compelling outreach programs and content to communicate research accomplishments to the scientific community and the public, utilizing expertise in biomedical science and communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Gain familiarity with multi-center research consortia and clinical sciences to effectively communicate complex topics
• Lead the design and creation of newsletters, web content, social media content, and other communication products
• Track and manage the development and dissemination of communication products in collaboration with project leaders

Required qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a life or biomedical science discipline or equivalent experience
• Three years of work experience in a life or biomedical sciences field or in scientific communication
• Education or professional experience in scientific writing, communication, and event planning
• Expertise in using modern design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in task management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
