Seeking an advanced degree life sciences professional, the full-time Scientific Director will lead a team of medical writers, oversee the development of high-quality deliverables for Medical Affairs/Publications accounts, and serve as a strategic partner to clients, with a focus on oncology, in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality medical communications aligned with client objectives
- Lead a team of medical writers to ensure timely project completion and adherence to strategic goals
- Interpret scientific data and create compelling narratives to guide clients through regulatory challenges
Required qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, or MD required
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a medical communications agency setting, preferably in oncology
- CMPP preferred, but not required
