Job Summary
To support analytical and development services, the full-time Scientist I will perform formulation and analytical development for monoclonal antibodies and other biotherapeutics, utilizing biophysical and biochemical techniques while working in a hybrid environment with remote options available two days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute experimental plans to address critical research questions for various biotherapeutics
- Produce high-quality documentation for regulatory requirements and publication
- Manage project timelines and budgets while serving as a spokesperson for development programs
Required qualifications
- PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with biophysical and protein characterization techniques such as HPLC, FTIR, and UV-Vis
- Proven ability to design and execute complex experiments tailored to client needs
- Strong scientific writing skills for documentation and reporting
- Experience in troubleshooting instrumentation and collaborating with vendors for lab equipment maintenance
