Job Summary
Coaching Agile teams delivering digital products for federal clients, the remote Scrum Master will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve delivery flow while utilizing metrics to enhance team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate iteration planning, daily syncs, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile values, SAFe practices, and backlog management
- Track relevant metrics to guide team improvement and coordinate dependencies across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least six years of professional experience, including three years leading Agile delivery teams
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach in a software delivery environment
- Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile metrics
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable delivery tools
