Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Scrum Master will guide Agile teams in a remote environment, facilitating effective delivery practices, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Kanban teams with workflow management and continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders on Agile practices while identifying and removing impediments to delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional, self-organizing teams
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
