Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic individual, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate agile delivery of healthcare software solutions, coach teams on Agile methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely or from various locations in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for up to two Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and facilitating ceremonies
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize and refine product backlogs, enhancing team performance and efficiency
- Coach team members on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for agile project management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and software quality testing processes
