Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support multiple technical product teams, the contract Scrum Master will work remotely, managing end-to-end sprint execution, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in Agile delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sprint execution across multiple technical product teams, ensuring effective backlog readiness and sprint completion
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor sprint progress and use Agile delivery metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile delivery role
- Hands-on experience managing backlogs and sprints using Agile project-management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and maintaining team focus on outcomes
- Experience using Agile performance metrics to monitor delivery and identify improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to identify and remove delivery impediments across multiple teams
