Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support three teams in the Professional Services division, the remote Scrum Master will lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and manage project scope, timelines, and costs while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies and navigate a scaled agile environment
- Act as a Project Manager to ensure project scope, timeline, and cost meet stakeholder satisfaction
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and promote a self-organizing team culture
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Software Engineering or related area preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
- Scrum Master certification and/or Project Management certifications are a plus
- Aptitude for working in a highly collaborative, self-organizing team environment
