Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting multiple Agile teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlog health, and foster an environment of trust and psychological safety to drive meaningful delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective time management and outcome-focused discussions
• Maintain backlog health by ensuring work is properly categorized, sized, and ready for commitment before entering sprints
• Track and analyze sprint metrics, surfacing patterns to improve planning accuracy and facilitating root-cause analysis of blockers

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting cross-functional product or technology teams
• Strong skills in Jira for backlog management, workflow configuration, and reporting development
• Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and adapt approaches based on team maturity levels
• Interpersonal skills to build trust quickly within teams that may be skeptical or fatigued
• A diagnostic mindset to identify team, process, or organizational problems effectively
