Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support cross-functional teams working on AI and Data Science initiatives, the contract Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and manage impediments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Drive sprint execution and ensure teams remain aligned with sprint goals and commitments
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with upstream and downstream teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with cross-functional technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects is preferred
- Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe is preferred
