Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, the full-time remote Scrum Master will assist in facilitating Scrum events, maintaining scrum artifacts, and coaching team members to enhance performance and Agile maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Scrum events such as Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective timekeeping and documentation
• Maintain scrum artifacts to promote adherence to Agile principles and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
• Identify and communicate impediments to the team's progress, recommending resolutions to enhance workflow and productivity

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field, or at least 3 years of experience in software development or project management
• 2+ years of experience in software development, IT project management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coach role
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
