Scrum Master
Job Summary
Guiding Agile delivery teams, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a prioritized backlog in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Removes impediments and escalates issues that slow the team down
- Tracks and reports sprint progress, velocity, and burndown
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on software development teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
