Scrum Master
Job Summary
Supporting agile project execution, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members, and promote continuous process improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies and ensure they are purposeful and efficient
- Coach and mentor product owners and stakeholders on agile principles and support backlog readiness
- Track and analyze key agile metrics to identify opportunities for improving delivery and predictability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience supporting federal or state health programs is preferred
- Experience with product development, process improvement, or compliance-related initiatives
- Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is preferred
- Demonstrated experience using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
