Job Summary
Supporting the planning and execution of technology pilot initiatives, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and advance AI capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate pilot activities across teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Partner with program leadership to shape the AI roadmap and prioritize pilot initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technology implementation or product management
- Experience in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements
- Ability to develop project documentation and status reports
- Security eligibility with TSA experience preferred
