Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support critical engineering teams, the full-time remote Scrum Master will prioritize stakeholder demands, facilitate cross-team communication, and protect team capacity while coaching Agile practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Push back on stakeholders and convene prioritization sessions to protect team capacity and maintain dependency maps
- Coach teams to proactively communicate their work and facilitate a recurring cross-team forum for better visibility
- Influence leadership to reduce competing demands on teams, allowing them to focus on improving the release-approval process
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an embedded Scrum Master or Agile Coach for technical engineering or infrastructure teams
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-alignment skills to balance competing priorities
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and familiarity with DevSecOps or CI/CD environments
- Experience with cross-portfolio dependency mapping and delivery/quality metrics reporting
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/Advanced SM, or equivalent) preferred
