Scrum Master
Job Summary
Supporting a mission-critical application modernization program, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate sprint activities, and track milestones in a hybrid work environment with both remote and on-site responsibilities in Northern Virginia and Maryland.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across modernization and sustainment workstreams
- Maintain the integrated program schedule, track milestone progress, and manage the issue register in Jira
- Coordinate milestone reports and facilitate communication of delivery progress and issues across program stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead supporting Agile software development teams
- Experience supporting Federal government programs with phase-gated acceptance requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance
