Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading Agile execution for a cross-functional delivery team, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and coordinate execution across various stakeholders while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Remove team impediments and proactively resolve delivery risks and blockers
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics and drive transparency and adherence to Agile principles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or similar role
- Experience delivering technology solutions within financial services or regulated environments
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Agile dashboards
