Scrum Master
Job Summary
Supporting three analyst-based teams remotely, the full-time Scrum Master will facilitate Agile execution by running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while driving accountability and continuous improvement across multiple domains.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Scrum principles and ceremonies are consistently followed across teams
- Translate business requirements into quality outcomes in a non-traditional environment
- Manage sprint velocity metrics and collaborate with domain owners to prioritize the digital product backlog
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in hybrid or non-traditional development environments
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams and enforce Scrum best practices
- Experience managing competing priorities in a large organization
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
