Scrum Master
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Delivery Lead/Scrum Master will manage day-to-day delivery leadership for the Integration Platform Engineering team, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring clear visibility into project progress, risks, and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary delivery interface between engineering, product ownership, and dependent teams, providing concise updates on delivery status and risks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain the integrated delivery plan, and protect sprint goals by managing scope changes and unplanned work
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, ensuring that dependencies and approvals are planned to support timely releases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong skills in backlog, dependency, risk, and release management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, engineers, and leadership
- Working knowledge of APIs, integration services, and cloud platforms
