Job Summary
Fostering Agile best practices, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage team workflows, and coach application development teams to enhance delivery of enterprise applications that drive business value.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team delivery rhythms to support sprint commitments and project objectives
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and delivery best practices to promote self-organization and continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity and delivery timelines while promoting collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery or application development
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Team Facilitator
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer and Information Science preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software development lifecycles
- Facilitation and Agile coaching skills with a focus on stakeholder management and collaboration
