Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master - Banking to facilitate Agile delivery and drive sprint execution in a full-time role, collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality banking products in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align deliverables with business objectives
- Monitor sprint progress and proactively manage risks impacting project delivery
Required qualifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- 8-12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain
- Proficiency in Agile & Scrum frameworks and tools like JIRA & Confluence
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and risk & dependency management
