Job Summary
To support NASA's Aerospace Capabilities Portfolio Office, the full-time remote Senior Scrum Master will manage Agile delivery for software, data, and machine-learning projects, requiring an active Scrum Master Certification.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate agile delivery processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while ensuring time-boxed ceremonies
- Collaborate with project leads to translate strategies into executable sprint and release plans, maintaining alignment with priorities
- Track delivery metrics to improve team efficiency and quality, while coaching the team to uphold delivery and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 6 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles
- Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience facilitating teams that build software, data, and applied AI/ML products
- Demonstrated experience producing delivery metrics and reporting for leadership decision-making
