Job Summary
Leading Agile delivery for multiple AI initiatives, the contract Scrum Master for AI Initiatives will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner with business and technology leaders to ensure effective project execution in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering AI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, and Infrastructure initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives
- Manage cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure predictable delivery
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects and Agile teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience supporting AI, Data & Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
