Job Summary
Supporting high-priority initiatives for the SAP BAU team, the full-time Scrum Master Project Manager will manage end-to-end project coordination, including planning, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, while working remotely or onsite in Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with impacted teams to define and manage project backlog, priorities, and delivery plans
- Establish and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedule, cost, scope, and risk management
- Coordinate project activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Seven or more years of IT experience, including significant project management experience with SAP
- Experience in security, compliance, or related domains
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification preferred
