SDLC Governance Lead
Job Summary
To enhance software and AI delivery governance, the full-time remote SDLC & ADLC Governance Lead will establish and improve standards, processes, and metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise SDLC and ADLC governance frameworks and standards
- Lead the design and implementation of processes for AI use case intake, evaluation, and compliance
- Conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SDLC governance, PMO, or technology delivery leadership
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise software delivery processes and governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and SharePoint administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
