SDLC Security Compliance Lead
Job Summary
As the SDLC Security Compliance Lead, this full-time remote position will define and refine processes to ensure compliance with software development lifecycle standards, manage certification efforts, and oversee incident management programs while collaborating with engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serving as the subject matter expert for IEC 62443 certifications and ensuring alignment with company practices
- Monitoring compliance drift and supporting corrective actions in Development and Quality Assurance
- Coordinating the Software Engineering portion of the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure and incident management program
Required qualifications
- Technical Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, software development, or cybersecurity
- Relevant Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert)
- 8+ years of software development experience, with extensive security or compliance audit experience
- Experience with policy and process documentation in controlled or regulated environments
