Job Summary

Providing valuable support for students applying for admission, the part-time Seasonal Application Support Representative will assist with inquiries and technical issues while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities:

• Gathering information and resolving inquiries while logging applicant calls efficiently
• Building rapport with students and meeting interaction goals set by the client
• Answering questions about admission processes, technical issues, and related paperwork

Required qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
