Seasonal Client Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To ensure a smooth onboarding process for large and specialty clients, the Seasonal Client Implementation Manager will manage client transitions, oversee project implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify contract requirements and manage expectations during the implementation process
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation to prevent delays and disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in large client implementation
• Experience in contract interpretation and negotiation
• At least 3 years' experience in the Employee Benefits industry is preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team activities
