Seasonal Client Relationship Professional

Job Summary

Supporting the international expat business, the part-time Seasonal Client Relationship Professional will manage client inquiries, oversee workflow processes, and assist Expat Tax Advisors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of communication for client inquiries through various channels and respond within 48 business hours
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries and assist clients in setting up accounts and virtual folders
• Oversee the client workflow process, ensuring a positive client experience from inquiry to payment and filing

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client communications concurrently
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Suite applications
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and adaptability to changing needs
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal
