Seasonal Client Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

To support a seamless virtual tax service journey, the seasonal part-time Client Relationship Specialist will manage client communications, resolve service and technical concerns, and advocate for clients through their tax preparation process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the virtual tax preparation process
• Analyze and resolve complex client issues by reviewing account history and documentation while maintaining thorough documentation of all interactions
• Partner with Tax Advisors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and promote client retention

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or financial services position, preferably in a large phone center
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
