Seasonal CPA Auditor

Job Summary

To support the firm's busy seasons, the Seasonal CPA Auditor will plan, execute, and complete financial statement audits while managing budgets and training audit associates, with flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and completing financial statement audits while managing budgets and performing in-charge roles as necessary
• Communicating with clients about engagement expectations and informing them of relevant accounting and regulatory developments
• Training and supervising audit associates and interns, providing feedback to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing
• Meeting education requirements for CPA certification in the applicable state
• Proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
• Exposure to automation and digitization tools in audits or professional services environments
