Job Summary

To support Intuit TurboTax users, the Seasonal Part-Time Customer Advocate will create high-quality customer interactions, handle inbound service calls, and drive customer satisfaction while working remotely as an active student at Marshall University.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality customer interactions in support of Intuit's TurboTax product
• Handle inbound service calls without cold calling
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance customer service skills

Required qualifications

• Must be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment
• Willingness to complete and pass a background check
• Passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
