Job Summary
Providing exceptional support during the open enrollment period, the seasonal full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage a high volume of inbound calls, delivering accurate information about dental insurance plans and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist callers with completing online applications and submitting them electronically to the plan provider
- Utilize standard technology to effectively communicate with callers and provide accurate information
- Navigate pre-scripted responses to ensure callers receive correct details regarding coverage options and enrollment procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Experience with enrollment processes preferred
- Dental experience is a plus
