Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a seasonal surge in claims processing, the full-time hourly Seasonal Customer Service Support Representative will perform claims data entry for First Notice of Loss (FNOL), manage email inquiries, and research unidentified claims documents remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Performs daily claims customer support activities and FNOL entry into ClaimCenter
• Responds to claims email inquiries and maintains the Customer Care Center inbox throughout the day
• Researches unidentified claims documents in Claims Capture following service level guidelines

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
• Data entry experience with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
• Proficient in using core systems and office software
• Strong customer service orientation
