Job Summary
Seeking 1-2 seasonal Customer Success Associates for a temporary, remote contractor position, responsible for providing proactive support to users, enhancing customer retention, and contributing to product development feedback while working at least 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new users and provide rapid support via Intercom, addressing customer queries through chat and email
- Drive product growth by ensuring customer retention within the CoinLedger ecosystem
- Champion user feedback in product development, optimizing customer service processes and escalating issues to the engineering team
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service, preferably in remote roles
- Knowledge and experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology
- Ability to manage responsibilities and schedules independently in a remote environment
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
- Positive attitude and strong desire to assist customers effectively
